Zoo portraits

I came across a book by name "Zoo" yesterday which happen to contain some of the best zoo pics I ever seen. This post is inspired by the same. He described zoo as a place where animals live with endless sorrow and depression.
I partly disagree to this point, since I came across so many Zoo were the animals are more than happy to live. In Singapore Zoo where this snap is taken, mostly there is no enclosures for the animals. Surprisingly none of them wanted to move from their places. It remind me of a line in "Life of Pi" : "After sometime the animals start loving their enclosures. With no predators to worry about and endless food they might never want to go back to the jungles"
